The Vision
CodeNexus is the digital home for a growing community of developers. The challenge was to build a platform that felt modern and responsive while remaining extremely lightweight. By choosing a Vanilla Tech Stack (Pure HTML, CSS, and JS), we eliminated the overhead of heavy frameworks, resulting in near-instant load times and 100/100 Lighthouse performance scores.

Community Growth
The platform serves as a central hub for GSOC mentorship and local developer events, streamlining the onboarding process for new members via Firebase Authentication.

- Admin Mastery: A dedicated admin dashboard for mentors to track registrations, export data, and manage event lifecycles.
Mentorship & Events
A core pillar of CodeNexus is the GSOC Preparation Program. We built dedicated modules for tracking mentorship sessions and managing bulk student data through an optimized JSON intake system in the admin panel.
