Building Systems,
Architecting
Future.
The founder's journey from national arenas to the frontier of systems architecture.
The Foundation of
Discipline.
Born in Pusad, Maharashtra, my blueprint was drafted in an environment of service. My father, Dr. Chandan Ramkishan Pande, a pillar of the medical community, and my mother, Sona Pande, a dedicated lecturer, built the foundation of my academic and ethical rigor. Growing up with my brother, Swayam, I learned that every great system starts with a strong core.
High-Performance
Operations.
Long before I built code, I built physical resilience. Representing Maharashtra at the national level in both Skating and Table Tennis wasn't just about winning—it was about operational consistency. The rink and the court taught me that success is a byproduct of repeatable, high-intensity systems.
Being a multiple-time district and division champion instilled a "championship mindset" that I now apply to every tech stack and business strategy I architect.
The Power of
Narrative.
In the 7th standard, I discovered that words are the first layer of any interface. My first book, 'Teenager Diary', launched a career that spans 5 published works on Kindle, Apple, and Google. From psychological novels like 'Getting High on Intimacy' to travel chronicles, I’ve mastered the art of human connection—the core of every user experience.
Systems
Architecting.
My academic path led to the founding batch of Vedam School of Technology, pursuing a B.Tech in CS & AI. My journey with logic began at age 11 with JavaScript and game development at WhiteHat Jr, and has now evolved into architecting SaaS Infrastructure for global clients, including high-level political organizations.
As the President of the Open Source Club, I don't just write code; I design the ecosystems where innovation happens.
Human-Centric
Leadership.
Scaling a business requires scaling humans. By teaching over 600 students in Mathematics and DSA, and serving as a Student Counselor, I developed the leadership framework that now drives ATFRO. I believe that empathy is the ultimate debugging tool for any organization.
ATFRO: The Empire
of Systems.
In April 2026, I stopped teaching others to build their dreams and started building the platform of the future. ATFRO — "Architecting Transformations For Robust Outcomes" — is the venture that synthesizes my technical and strategic vision, dedicated to building SaaS solutions and developer tools.
As Founder & CEO, I am dedicated to building rigorous, scalable, and intelligent systems that empower founders to change the world. This is the next chapter.
